Policies and Requirements

Health Maintenance Policy

Please make sure you make our staff aware of any allergies and/or medical or health issues when you drop your pet off.

If a medical issue arises while your pet is in our care, we will take the following steps:

1. We will contact the owner / emergency contact you provided.
2. In emergency situations, we will transport your pet to your Veterinary practice if they are LOCAL and within their business hours.
3. In non emergency type situations, you will need to arrange transportation of your pet to your Veterinary practice.
4. All incurred Veterinary fees are the responsibility of the owner, including a transportation fee of $25 if we have to transport your pet.

Cancellation Policies

Grooming

We require a credit card on file in order to make a full-service grooming appointment.

If you are a no show for a scheduled appointment, we will charge your credit card for the amount of the full-service grooming.

If you provide 2 days or less notice to cancel OR reschedule an appointment (the day of the notice counts as day 1), we will charge a $20 flat fee to the credit card on file.

Lodging (Dog or Cat)

We require a credit card on file in order to make a reservation for a stay.

All cancellations must be made through the online portal.

Cancellations with 3 days or less notice will be charged a one-night fee per pet to the card on file. (Day canceled in portal counts as day one.)
